Payments to Zentosa are securely processed by our payment processors (Worldpay, Paypal and Amazon) on their systems according their extemely high security standards. Only personal data such as name, address and order history is held by us, also on secure servers. We do store or have access to your private financial information such as bank account details or credit/debit card numbers.
The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
We endeavour to do our best to protect your personal data. However, transmission of information over the internet is not entirely secure and is done at your own risk. We cannot ensure the security of your data transmitted to the website.

We will never share your email address with anyone outside Zentosa. We may send you occassional promotional emails to keep you up to date with our new lines and special offers if you have chosen to receive these when registering. If you decide later that you do not wish to receive further promotional emails, simply click the easy to follow link contained on all our newsletters which will allow you to permanently unsubscribe from all future mailings.

Our own server - like all web servers - logs your visit including your Internet Protocol (IP) address and date and time of visit; this data is kept on our server which is within the United Kingdom.
Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
