Please note that in the text that follows "we" refers to Zentosa Ltd trading as Disney Couture, a company registered in England no. 6967366, and "you" is yourself the customer.  This privacy policy applies only to the actions of Zentosa Ltd and Users with respect to this Website. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites.

Security

Our site uses the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. The personal information you enter at checkout is sent to us using high-grade encryption (AES-256, 256 bit keys) verified by a Comodo SSL certificate.

Payments to Zentosa are securely processed by our payment processors (Worldpay, Paypal and Amazon) on their systems according their extemely high security standards. Only personal data such as name, address and order history is held by us, also on secure servers. We do store or have access to your private financial information such as bank account details or credit/debit card numbers.

The information we hold about you will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.

We endeavour to do our best to protect your personal data. However, transmission of information over the internet is not entirely secure and is done at your own risk. We cannot ensure the security of your data transmitted to the website.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

  • your name/recipient's name
  • billing address/delivery address
  • telephone number
  • email address
  • credit/debit card details (not stored or retained)

This information is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party other than our payment processors or if requested by a legally recognised agent of the UK government.

We will only contact you personally in connection with your order and will keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered. We will never share your email address with anyone outside Zentosa. We may send you occassional promotional emails to keep you up to date with our new lines and special offers if you have chosen to receive these when registering. If you decide later that you do not wish to receive further promotional emails, simply click the easy to follow link contained on all our newsletters which will allow you to permanently unsubscribe from all future mailings.

In addition to cookies generated by our site, we also use cookies generated by Google Analytics and Addthis - these are two services used by many other online retailers.  Google Analytics provides us with trends and analysis about how many people are using our site and how they are using it.  Google Analytics cookies collect information about how you got to our site and how you moved around it but they do not store any personally identifiable information.  Addthis allows our customers to share content from our website, such as product pages, on social networks such as Facebook with a simple click of a button. 

Our own server - like all web servers - logs your visit including your Internet Protocol (IP) address and date and time of visit; this data is kept on our server which is within the United Kingdom.

General

You may not transfer any of your rights under this privacy policy to any other person. We may transfer our rights under this privacy policy where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of this privacy policy (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of this privacy policy will not be affected.

Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.

This privacy policy is governed by and interpreted according to English law. All disputes arising under this privacy policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Zentosa Ltd reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy policy on your first use of the Website following the alterations.
